Our Process

The first step in selling residential & mixed-use mortgages to Empire Mortgage is to provide us with your summary loan data. This will enable us provide you with a preliminary bid. Please contact the appropriate Regional Acquisition representative.

You may email or fax us your summary loan data. Upon receipt of your information, we will very quickly (often in just a few hours) provide you with a preliminary indicative bid.

If you accept Empire Mortgage’s preliminary indicative bid, we will then begin to immediately perform due diligence on your pool of mortgages.

Pricing Inquiries

Submitting Loan Information

The information we typically require in order to provide you a preliminary bid includes the following:

  • Your Contact Information
  • Property Type (SF, Condo, 2-4F, Mobile Home, etc…)
  • Original Property Value and/or Current Property Value
  • Current Unpaid Principal Balance, Escrow Amounts, etc…
  • Due Date and Date of Last Payment
  • Interest Rate
  • State of the Property
  • Lien Position
  • Fixed or Adjustable
  • Mortgage Insurance (Yes/No) and Percentage of Coverage
  • Account Status (Performing, Defaulted, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO, etc…)
